To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
✔ New and Unused: The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
✔ Return Period: You must request or initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ On-the-Spot Inspection: For orders delivered by courier, returns must be made at the time of delivery, after inspection but before payment.
✘ Custom-Made Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or personalized products.

If you are not satisfied with your item upon delivery:
Inspect the Item: When the courier arrives, inspect the item carefully before making payment.
Return on the Spot: If the item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, return it immediately to the courier.
Service Fee: A 25 AED return service fee applies and is paid directly to the delivery company.
This fee is only applicable at the time of delivery.
Please Note: Returns will not be accepted after payment is completed and the courier has left.
